Multilink Group Inc. is seeking applications for the position of Service Coordinator.
Under the direction of a supervisor, the Service Coordinator provides case management services to families with children with developmental delays. The Service Coordinator is responsible for assisting families with navigating the Early Intervention System. The Service Coordinator helps familiies secure evaluations to identify their child`s delay, obtain the appropriate services and support and monitor the delivery of services.
Bachelor`s degree in social work, psychology or related human services field and 2 years post bachelor`s experience. Knowledge of Early Intervention Services and or developmental disabilities is a plus.
